Orders & Payment

  • Longitude Ltd sells on a wholesale basis to genuine trade businesses only
  • Orders must be placed prior to 11.00am on weekdays for delivery time to commence from that day
  • Deliveries are day one for day three (ie. order by 11am and receive within two business days thereafter) for mainland UK. For delivery times to other locations, please contact us
  • Payment is in advance by direct bank transfer or cheque (must have cleared) for a period of time before accounts will be considered and will be subject to a credit application process
  • For advance/guaranteed orders eg. Christmas products, special orders to specification or to guarantee stock allocation from new arrivals, a 50% deposit is payable; remainder due prior to dispatch from warehouse
  • Cancellation after placement of order on lines held in stock incurs a £25.00 administration fee
  • Full payment will be due if order is cancelled after placement of any special order items
  • If cancellation occurs after the order has been dispatched, the payment for stock and freight will be payable in full
  • Any fees incurred due to dishonoured cheques will be payable by the customer who issued the cheque


  • Prices of products are subject to change without notice
  • Wholesale prices listed on all our documentation exclude VAT
  • A delivery fee (and handling if applicable) applies to all dispatches dependent on weight, volume and/or destination


  • Please specify times your property is manned when you order and this will be accommodated if possible, however, as most freight companies deliver any time between 8am and 6pm re-delivery charges will be added to your account if the property is unattended and another deliver attempt is required
  • Some products may be dispatched via post in which case there will be a postage, packaging and handling fee
  • We are unable to take responsibility for late deliveries caused by orders being placed too late, couriers or postal services and refunds will not be granted for late delivery, so we advise you to place your order well in advance of a specific event or requirement you may have

Pick Ups

  • Customer orders can be picked up from our warehouse (UK Postcode: GL13 9UQ) on the same order basis (day one for day three), however, a pick up slot needs to be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Upon placing your order, please advise us that you wish to pick up and we will provide full the details.


  • Customers are responsible for insuring the products from time of dispatch from our warehouse through to delivery.  
  • Longitude Ltd takes no responsibility for uninsured goods damaged or lost during transit
  • Should you wish for us to arrange insurance separately (where possible), please request this when you order
  • If insurance cover is provided via Longitude Ltd, claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of delivery and photos of damaged items must be provided for the claim to be pursued


  • Due to the nature of our products, stock cannot be returned after dispatch
  • Claims relating to errors in order quantities must be made within 24 hours of receiving the stock; claims past this period will not be accepted


  • We understand that attention to detail is extremely important when it comes to selecting products.  Due to the large volume of sample requests we receive, we are able to dispatch individual units to try (rather than the usual full carton requirement) charged at the wholesale list price plus handling and freight costs
